UNDERSTANDING GENERALISED ANXIETY DISORDER
What is Generalised Anxiety?
There are a number of worries whether big or small that pop into your mind. Whether it’s managing your boss’s expectations or worrying about whether you locked the car door, you are constantly worrying and can’t control it.
Does this sound familiar? If it does, you might be dealing with generalised anxiety. This is a condition where you experience symptoms of anxiety such as a constant feeling of fear and worry and it begins slowly often in childhood or in the teen years.
