Whether it&#8217;s managing your boss\u2019s expectations or worrying about whether you locked the car door, you are constantly worrying and can\u2019t control it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Does this sound familiar? If it does, you might be dealing with generalised anxiety. But if I missed this one, it is not the end of the world\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Practice deep breath and relaxation to control tension.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have a healthy diet and regular exercise.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spend a few minutes a day to work on your mental health.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are struggling from any form of anxiety including high-functioning anxiety, please seek help from a professional.
